Clinic Success Certificate Program

  • There will be 6 Modules, 6 hours each, total of 36 CEUs
  • Each Module will be offered on second Saturday of each month 9:00 – 3:00PM – Jan-June 2021
  • One-month interval between each module allows participants to apply knowledge learned and return to class with questions to discuss.

  2. Express business strengths to focus resources
  3. Employ business tactics to grow a practice
Module 2 - Plan Your Business

Plan Your Business | Feb 13th 7th 2021

Objectives and Outcomes: identify your vision and mission as a health practitioner and prepare a business plan that follows your values that enrich you and your clients.

The following will be covered:

  1. Compose a vision, mission, and values statement for business
  2. Apply the vision statement to business decision making
  3. Compare different practice models for value propositions to clients
Module 3 - Market Your Practice

Objectives and Outcomes: formulate a social media strategy and then create online content to engage your target market.

  1. Distinguish social media platforms and techniques that match your strategy
  2. Compare referral platforms for practice growth
  3. Create a referral plan for your practice
Module 4 - Manage your Practice

Objectives and Outcomes: explore technologies and products that assist in efficient patient care and increase revenues.

The following will be covered:

  1. Examine processes for efficient operations to increase revenues
  2. Evaluate business and practice technologies to integrate in your daily operations
  3. Review current business procedures and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Module 5 - Event Marketing

Event Marketing | May 15th 2021

Objectives and Outcomes: plan a client acquisition campaign for a healthcare marketing event that will increase awareness about you and attain new clients.

The following will be covered:

  1. Identify events to promote your practice
  2. Choose venues and events for marketing your services
  3. Design a strategy, booth, presentations, and goals for event marketing that focus on face-to-face communication
Module 6 - Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) | June 12th, 2021

Objective and Outcome: implement proven relationship management programs and enact techniques to keep clients returning for long term health maintenance.

The following will be covered:

  1. Appraise customer relationship strategies for the practice
  2. Examine methods for long-term relationships with clients
  3. Employ CRM techniques for appointments and retain clients

Shawn embrace and thrive in the rapid growth of education with the use of innovation and determination. adaptable to education modalities and confidently investigate and apply teaching technologies to easily transition to blended learning. With extensive small business management and 9 years of business school study, Shawn poised in many courses that include microeconomics and macroeconomics.
