Adrianne Smith was born and raised in the small town of Dryden Ontario. She attended Dryden High School, graduating with honors and recognition as an Ontario Scholar. Acceptance into the University of Calgary lead Adrianne out west to pursuit her undergraduate studies. She later went on to gain a Diploma in Holistic Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Adrianne is currently in her third year here at CITCM.

Over the past year, she has had the opportunity to work closely with experts in the field of woman’s health and obstetrics, encouraging her to gear her studies towards helping women make a healthy transition through all life’s stages. Having been involved with competitive volleyball most of her life as both a player and coach, Adrianne understands how health can directly impact athletic performance. She plans on gaining the knowledge and skills that will allow her to treat all types of sport’s injuries and assist athletes in both training and competition.

Adrianne’s nutritional background allows her to bring a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to her treatments that inspires and motivates clients to take control of their health everyday. She feels that education is empowering and coaches clients towards a deeper understanding their personal well-being.
