Step-by-Step: Getting Started at CITCM
1 – Choose Your Program
Explore our range of acupuncture and massage therapy programs to find the one that aligns with your career goals.

2 – Prepare Your Documents & Complete Application Form
Get your documents ready for the online application form.
- Official Transcripts: Copies of your high school or post-secondary education certificates.
- Letter of Intent: Describe your motivation for studying acupuncture or massage at CITCM.
Once your application is complete, submit it for review.
3 – Plan Your Finances
A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot once accepted into the program. Apply for student loans and grants 8 weeks prior to term starts to get your funding on time.
Acupuncture & massage programs are eligible for student loan/grants from Alberta and other provinces (BC, ON, SK, MB, NB, NL, NS, PEI, QC, etc).
4 – Getting Ready for the New Term
A welcome email, including orientation date/time, academic year booklist & calendar, term schedule, CITCM SIS & LMS logins, is sent out 2-3 weeks prior to term starts to help new students prepare for the term.
